Hello and thank you in advance for any help you can give.

When logging in to PayPal,I continually get Security Alert " The security certificate has expired or is not yet valid. The validity period of the certificate exceeds that of its certificate. Valid 3-12 02 - 3-12 04" **I do have 128 bit secure connection. **Any suggestions.

you need to clear all your cache after updating or it will grab the other inforamtion first. If you have updated just dump all your cache files and reboot and it should be fine.

Make sure your date on your computer is correct, if it is wrong that would cause the problem.
