Dear Damon,
please question why Paypal does not release Shopping Cart Payment Received (ID #12W83715210162302) to my account.
This is a payment (USD746) from Lilia Ledezma on October 31 2001. Paypal promised me to come back to me after 75 days. No reply so far. Please note: the buyer has 2 Paypal accounts. He also uses the name Mark Knockos or something like that. This is his address:
Lilia Ledezma
241 shelford avenue
san carlos, CA 94070
USA
Could you please find out the phone number of these people and forward it to [email protected]? I am swiss, I don't have access to the US phone directory. Thx for your support.
Here is a history of
the events:
1. Buyer contacted us regarding delayed delivery
2. We told the buyer that the goods are in transit and should arrive
anytime
(we send more than 40 emails back and forward!!!)
3. Buyer initiated chargebacks because of non-delivery
4. Buyer received the goods
5. Buyer confirmed arrival of the goods and asked bank (credit card company) to reverse the chargeback
6. Buyer called Paypal to reverse the chargeback (Beverly from Paypal, call
402-935-2305, knows about the case, she talked to the buyer)
7. Paypal sent a form to the buyer
8. Buyer returned the form to Paypal
9. Buyers bank contacted Paypal to reverse the chargeback
10. Paypal told us that the credit card company of the buyer needs 75 days
to reply
The 75 days are over. Why don't you give me my money back? The buyer has confirmed several times (by phone/letter/through his bank/email) that the merchandise was received. Please forward this case to the appropriate department and have it resolved. Thx in advance.
PS: Find the email history regarding this case below:

Dear Mr. Kaufmann,
Thank you for contacting PayPal.
I checked the status of Case #296132. We disputed the chargeback on your
behalf. We haven't heard from the credit card issuer to date. I will add
this email information to your case. We will notify you directly and let
you know if we won the dispute.
Thank you for your patience in getting this matter resolved.
Sincerely,

Could you please find out the status of this case. I am still waiting for
the money. Please let me know when Paypal will pay me back.
I hope you're getting some resolution to your many PayPal issues... but here's a word of advise.
Don't post your customers: #1) full name, #2) e-mail addresses and MOST IMPORTANTLY #3) HOME ADDRESS!!??
I understand you don't live in the US, but I believe not only is it a violation of Auction Watch's rules - but giving out that kind of personal information is a big 'NO NO' here. You're going to be pissing people off if they happen to logon to this message board and see their full name and addresses listed in messages from you.
Not to mention you're not going to win any new business that way. I know I certainly won't purchase anything from you, knowing you're willing to let anyone and everyone know who and I am and where I live and how to get a hold of me!!
If you're smart, you'll go back and edit your messages where you've identified these customers, and keep that sort of information contained in e-mails between yourself and PayPal!

Dear Paypaldamon: thx for taking care of this. Please take care of the other pending cases as well.
I will continue to disclose the contact details of customers who try to take advantage of the Paypal system in order to get goods for free. The entire world needs to know the name and address. I do not support fraudulent buyers. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the credit card company in order to have a unwarrantable chargeback reversed. As a seller I have to deliver, vice verca buyers have to pay. Also I do not support the fraudulent activities of Paypal.
