Bank of America paid your bank on February 8, 2002. They suggested that you
contact your bank for your money, however, if you would like to contact B of
A to confirm what I am saying, they can be reached at 1-888-342-6530.
Please reference B of A claim number: 707805December.

Paypaldamon: The buyer contacted us as you can see in the posting history. She reversed the chargeback through her credit card company. Also she contacted the Bank of America once again in order to have us reimbursed. Please show common sense and check this case. Paypal got the money back from the Bank of America already. Now Paypal has to reimburse us. Solve this case asap. Thx.

Hi movingM,
The card company in question will have to resolve the chargeback cancellation, or the buyer will have to take steps to make sure that it is canceled. To date, I saw no indicators that this has occurred.
An email from the buyer is not going to stop the chargeback. A report from the card company would have to be issued reversing the chargeback.
