Dear Paypal,
please return the money of this cancelled dispute. Customer confirmed the arrival of the goods and asked Paypal to reverse to chargeback. The customer send a form to you to get this solved. One of your representative stated that they only wait for a message of the seller claiming the reversed payment. Hereby I request to return the money of this cancelled dispute. Find the details below. Thx in advance,

Information of this nature should be sent to the following:

Carl F. Pascarella - President of Visa USA

Malcolm Williamson - Prsident and Chief Executive Officer, Visa International

Robert W. Selander - President & CEO of Mastercard

In my opinion, both of these companies should be aware of such policies as it
puts their Visa and Mastercard customers at risk.
