FACT: my account was restricted over one month ago
FACT: I faxed ALL required documentation to Paypal the first week my account was frozen.
FACT: I even gave into their demands in which I pay them $360 that my ex-husband owes them. It is NOT from my account. It was purlely from his own account. Yet, I am willing to pay this in order to get the rest of my money.
FACT: I re-faxed documents that they claim they did not get.
Now I am being ignored.
I imagine that it might be hard for the top people at Paypal to understand, but not all of us are rich from IPOs. This loss of $7,000 has really caused so many problems in my life.
Hey people at PayPal!! IF YOUR HAVE AN OUNCE OF DIGNITY AND HONESTY THEN PLEASE GIVE ME MY MONEY!!! IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO GIVE ME MY MONEY THEN GIVE IT BACK TO THE PEOPLE WHO PAID ME!!! THAT $7,000 is NOT YOURS TO KEEP!!!

JJD333: I had a similar situation and I complained to Travelers. I was helped by [email protected]. Absolutely, absolutely, nothing else helped. PayPal phone customer service repeatedly contradicted itself and misinformed me repeatedly. I received almost zero responses from the website emails and direct emails. I complained to the Better Business Bureau and PayPal's response full misinformation.
