Several weeks ago I posted that PayPal restricted my account because my ex-husband owed Paypal some money.
After a few weeks I finally agreed to allow them to deduct the funds from my account so that I could get the account unrestricted.
I faxed them every document they asked for and even send them additional documents.
Now I am being ignored. Damon does not even answer my emails anymore. I have alays been calm and rational in my dealings with PayPal on this matter but this is getting to the point where serious actions need to be taken in order to get Paypals attention.
So here is my plan. If PayPal does not release the funds by the end of the week then I promise that there will be a FLOOD of attention brought to the deeds of PayPal.

JJD333: I had a similar situation. Following advice given to me, I contacted Travelers and then PayPal began to resolve the situation. It was still frustrating, but at least I eventually got it taken care of.

Maybe it is really you ex-husbands money At least that could be what he says and then they can't realease it to either of you until the lawyers get invoved which will cost you both about $7200.

is this the continous saga of prior thread(s) of ex husband and brother accessing their paypal accounts on your pc??
are you running a business with them?are you still on good term with your ex hubby??
cant you just tell him to pay off his own debt??

may be damon is cashing in on his stock options??
the only reason i can think of why they have not unrestricted your account is that they are overwhelmed with requests to do this and do that.OR your exhubby may have more potential liabilities coming ,chargeback can take place within 60 days after transaction is completed.
good luck

He is on vacation with you ex-husband. They took 2 strippers to Vegas with that $7000. If the crap table is good to them paypa will be finding in your favor and returning the money, if it is not them they will be forced to continue to hold you funds until divorce court.
