I am not affiliated with this site. I just want to bring this site to everyone's attention, particularly newbies. Most of you already know about this site. I am committed to warning the community about PayPal's conspicuous activities. In fact, I am thinking about organizing a mass picket in front of PayPal's office in Palo Alto. I want the entire world to know just how bad PayPal is. I have written numerous stories to other media sites as well. For other disgruntled members who have been mistreated by PayPal, I suggest you do not sit around and commit your efforts. E-mail all your friends and warn them. Publish a story. Don't just stand there like a pushover. This is America. You have rights to express your thoughts. PayPal harbors criminals and their illegal activities by refusing to recognize fraud.

Hi,

You might want to check the NEWSWEEK article on our fraud team, as well as our anti-fraud efforts. You might want to check out the fraud rates through the Gartner Group, which states online fraud is around 2.64%---ours is about .5%.

You were defrauded by a seller. I can give you advice on what other avenues of recourse you can take against this party, but the choice is yours on pursuing them.

PayPal is a payment service, which means that we:

a) can't verify the items for sale at another site
b) guarantee that a party will sends goods for a product or service
b) offer limited protection through our Buyer Complaint Process, which advises users we will attempt recover on their behalf (not guaranteed

PayPalDamon,

I went through all your bogus processes. Your team is not recognizing that a felon has taken my money. Your Buyer's Complaint Form offers customers NO protection, not limited protection. He sold me pirated software that do not work. It is the same as not receiving any goods at all. Yet, you refuse to reverse the transaction after I have reported the felon to the proper authorities. PayPal has done no investigaton related to software piracy at all. In fact, I suspect PayPal is still allowing this felon to do online business. It is a shame you harbor these criminals and their activities.

As for your fraud rate, they sound like misleading figures. What do you have to back up any of your claims and figures? Provide some links. I would also like to write to the Editors at Newsweek. I don't think any credible companies should endorse a company that is as shady as yours.

stopwhining, do you work for PayPal? your comments do not make sense nor help. If you do work for PayPal, they should fire you because you are not doing a good job. I will admit PayPadDamon is doing his job for certain individuals, but that does not excuse his company from harboring criminals, especially PayPal's negligence towards fraud.

Yeah, paypalwarning.com tells it all. They list a bunch of unverified one sided complaints about PayPal and then they offer a link to C2it.com. Sounds like a real noble gesture right? Then the website owner gets $5 for each that click on the C2it.com banner.

LMAO!!!

The web site operator is rather clever, and he's got the benefit of morons (insult intended) to spam his site for him. You do claim not to be affiliated with the site right?

I hope you get to see my message before AW deletes this thread. They will. They know it's spam, even if the morons don't.

They claim a low fraud rate because everybody else gets screwed except them. They freeze accounts and make millions in interest on our money and people back them up only until they finally get taken.
