Hi, I just asked this same question on the ebay page. When using SMP how do I list my auctions and store items in the categories that I can then automatically use the cross promotions? All my items are now in one category OTHER. It's a pain doing it manually. Thank you and Happy Thanksgiving.

Hello,
Unfortunately you cannot set up cross sell items in Pro. These need to be done online -- you would need to schedule your items for a future launch date, then after you upload them to Sales Manager Online, unschedule and edit and set up the cross promotional items for that listing.
Also, auction listings will go into your store in their own auction site venue. They will not be able to be categorized under your Vendio Store categories (those are for store items only).

Sonya, thank you that worked, I also found out I had to synchronize my SMP again after the change. I had a question it asked me to open and close my batches again, what does that mean and what would it do? I hope vendio works out a better system for cross promotion in the future, I think it's great for return business.
