While creating listings, the system LOCKED.
SMPRO NOT RESPONDING.
My computer shut down, had to reboot, and LOST all information.
What is the problem?
Please don't leave for the holidays without addressing some technical issues.
I'd appreciate it.
Did you get an error before that happened or did it just lock up on you? As you know, Pro takes up quite a lot of memory so if you have a big inventory or big batches it might slow down the program based on how much free memory you have to run the program properly. Uninstalling and reinstalling Pro can help.
