Hi there,
Back in February I deleted my images in Image Hosting. However...after that time I kept seeing an image in the photo bar I had deleted, and this image was not to be found in Image Hosting. I just kind of got in the habit of opening SMPro, not synching, right click on that ghost image, delete it, and start a new batch. When I was done with that batch I would synchronize and upload with no problem.
Since I was still using an older version (I believe 4.1) today I decided to update to 5.5.1. Now when I go to synch it fails at that same image. I have gone into C drive and found that image and deleted it. However, synch is failing at that same image. What to do??

Hello,

As you know the image file name, try deleting it from the image bar in SM Pro.

If the above solution does not help, here are some additional steps that may solve the problem:

- Go to your Vendio (AuctionWatch) folder on your hard drive (default location is My Computer -> C -> Program Files -> Vendio.)

- Check both the "Images" and "Thumbs" folders, and if the image file is still in either folder, delete it manually.

- Restart SM Pro after doing this, and try synchronizing again.

I hope this helps. Please let us know if you run into synchronization failures again.

I found it....it was an oddball as it had no name, simply .JPG. Deleted, restarted and viola! working like a charm now. Thanks so muc for your time and have a great Thanksgiving!
