My reply in the "US Soldiers are Queer" thread was directed to a comment made by bigpeepa about conservative Christians.
Although I don't recall who made previous comments about mindless sheep, how Christians condone child molesters (priests) and such, I do know such comments were made....previously.

twig125silver asked bigpeepa on another post this question. "Is it conservatives that bother you or is it Christians?" Since twig used my name I will answer the question.
I dislike and disrespect both so called conservatives and Christians when both are Phonies, liars and wackos. I dislike and disrespect people when they use a religion or a political movement as a masquerade to cover up and or feed their greed, hate, bias.
I see several phonies on this board. An Example is some here that call themselves "right to lifers". Most quoit "right to lifers" on this board only support life if it fits their agenda.
I could go on but I think you get my drift and its late. Now you know why I call a few people on this boards LIARS,GREEDY,FAKES OR PHONIES. YES!!!

Linda, quit your pack-o-lies. Show proof or shut up. LOLOL
Twig, it's not just you. A few have said it but they never seem capable of backing up anything, although they're capable of 1000 word essays about their views. And to be fair here, I did say that I felt some Christians were like sheep, so it could've been me.

What do you mean by THAT, classic?
How could you say such a thing about all those 'peaceful' muslims?
Hundreds of thousands of them RAGING in the streets all over the world, calling for 'Death to America' and you see that "as being a religion or a political movement as a masquerade to cover up and or feed their greed, hate, bias"?

I hope that is an old post because if that cratty crow is STILL talking bout me on OTWA, Linda you will have to tell her off for me. Of course, chatting up your fascinations and people who dont even post there is so typical of the dooly heads.
Me doesnt think this post is from a kook per krafts zillionith try at a stab on this topic:

big daddy in the sky
pro-God/anti-religion
One who is so self-absorbed that if you don't praise him....
lol, kraft, ,thanks for the laugh!
God to you - is self-absorbed??
I wont argue the point with you because I do believe everyone is free to believe what they want. But I do have to say, imo, I dont think youre really pro-God at all from your statements!
The God I know IS a supernatural being. Seems the God you know is merely attributed human feelings and qualities. Thats not a GOD. I dont think you believe in any GOD at all. Since the beginning of the ages, humans have attributed various things as Gods and all of them are supernatural. How do you interpret your big daddy in the sky as anything remotely akin to *A* God?
Any God is supernatural, infallable...thats the whole point. The natives may say the Sun is a God -- we have no control over what the sun does; its beyond us.
I will quote a line from the bible even though I am far from a, quote, bible thumper:
"Be still and know that I am God".
(Have you ever in your whole life been still, kraft?? - Let it all go?) Maybe one day when you have a moment of quietness you can try to absorb that for yourself.

CLASSIC,
This post was about "Putting Down Christians".
I replied "I dislike and disrespect people when they use a religion or a political movement as a masquerade to cover up and or feed their greed, hate, bias."
To answer your question, yes I do feel the same way about Muslims when they misuse religion for greed, hate and bias.
I hope you and liar_k better understand my position on phony liars that call themselves quoit CONSERVATIVE CHRISTIANS.
If you need an example of someone I believe is living a phony conservative masquerade just read LIAR LINDA_K WORDS.

Linda, well at least you were kind enough to point out the offending threads, but in all honesty, I still don't see where I put down Christians in any of them, (although I do see you and Double laughing at Yeager and I for saying we didn't believe God is a man in the sky).
What I see is you placing a higher value on your beliefs than mine, as if mine have no validity. If you choose to see my posts as putting down Christians, that's your right, but in my eyes, I'm simply explaining how I view things.

Of course not.
Some history...Antiquary posted an article about three years ago in which the question was asked, "Could a Bible Belt state where so many people claim to follow Christianity really be taxing personal incomes as low as $4,600 annually for a family of four -- the lowest threshold of any state -- while letting wealthy timber owners pay less than $1 per acre in property taxes?"
I answered....
Conservative Christian fundamentalists justify their greed based on their self serving interpretation of the bible. The fact that they believe that taxing poor people is moral doesn't surprise me. May they all go to the hell in which they also believe.
Based on that remark alone, Linda has claimed that I wished Christian posters here would go to hell. When I posted the real remark, she then said that it would take too much time to find the many instances in which she wrongly claimed that I told individual Christians to go to hell.
So, KD there is no logic or truth in linda's allegations. If she needs to make a statement and it's not there in black and white, she just makes it up.

Helen, I remember that! (I miss Antiquary.) Maybe that's what's she means. When the hypocrisy of "Bible followers" is revealed in any way, she interprets it as putting down Christians, instead of what it is - revealing the truth. I think you're right on.
posted on February 27, 2006 12:50:13 PM newThat term is slung around a lot here lately.
And it's been done for centuries also all around the world. I can just imagine what they used to say back in Roman times. HA! look at those dumb Christians! They oughta crucify the whole lot of 'em. Ehhh Pilot?

Pi, don't you think it's interesting that someone would go on for years about how I put down Christians, while not being able to provide actual proof, yet have no problem calling women, that are provided a choice, pro-abortionists and baby-killers for all to see? Wouldn't you say that's a put down to the pro-choice movement? Wouldn't you think that was hypocritical? I do.

Double, you forgot to mention how I responded to your post. Here's what I said to you...
"Nero, yes, I think the God in the Bible is self-absorbed. He's manipulative and threatens everyone with his power. He encourages war and is against homosexuals. He gives us free choice with strict limits... all in the name of love. Do you feel that fits with what God's all about? If you think he's a supernatural being then that's fine. I just don't feel God is a separate entity and don't believe God took part in the writing of the Bible, so to me, God and religion are at the opposite ends of the scale."
"My point is that, in my opinion, God lives inside each person making them God over their own lives. If the sum of a person is their thoughts and actions, then they are in full control of their destiny. So the external God everyone is seeking is already inside you. The tools are already there. Whether you choose to use them is your choice. People sometimes ask how God can let babies starve or why he allowed the Holocaust, etc. Those are all people choices. But when you get into something like group thinking in which there are strict guidelines, you become less and less of an individual and more Borg-like. To think that God approves of war and hating gays or any other judgements you might have against another person, is nuts."
Just like Nero said, I think we all have the power or energy inside each of us to do magical things for ourselves and the world around us. Religions usually support the opposite where you rely on "God's word" to form your opinions or God himself to do the magical things."

Well Kraft, in all honesty, here is what I believe; I believe that if you make an accusation then you should provide proof of it or you shouldn't make the accusation in the first place.
Now, after taking another look at your post i'd like to see proof of anyone here, (but in particular the person you are referencing which is obvious that it is Linda), that has said the words, pro-abortionists and baby-killers in reference to women, that are provided a choice.

KD said: That term is slung around a lot here lately. Who puts them down? In what way? Any examples?
---------------------------
Hey....I'd agree with that one, piinthesky. I'd like to see a couple of examples of just WHOM as 'been sling that term around here lately[b]. lol I haven't even been here very much....[b]lately. LOL
--------------------
This thread was started as a TROLLING thread and I wasn't the only one here who now recognizes HER pattern of continuing these 'religion' threads.
kd asks I provide proof, I did and as she NEVER has....she doesn't agree ANY of them show her statements against Christians. lol
There are many more threads where she's bashed Christians, church going people bashing them about a lot of 'sheep thinking', needing to be 'led' because in HER opinion they can't THINK for themselves. LOL
Doing a google search using 'vendio' and kraftdinner brings up a months worth of reading...lol...at least.
It's called living in denial.....and that's our KD for sure. LOL

Pi, even Linda will admit to saying those things. Ask her.
Linda, you're being evasive again. Show me something I said that offended you or Christians in general, not the generaization of a whole thread - that's if you have time.
