Has ebay stopped providing contact info? in the past if a buyer didn't pay me, i was able to fill out a form and have their phone number emailed to me. did ebay stop doing this? I can't find the link.

You might want to bookmark "contact information" for future use. I do NOT understand why eBay seems to hide some of their links and information.

Check your EOA email from eBay - it should have the buyer's complete address and (depending on privacy laws) telephone. PayPal notifications should have the same info except for telephone.

I get telephone numbers on some EOA emails depending on the country of the buyer. Some European Union member states have very strict privacy laws so I don't get a phone number. (This is for sales via ebay.co.uk)

We don't get the phone numbers in the USA either. We do get ther e-mail, name and zip code in our end of auction e-mail notification.
