I sell on Ebay UK. Well a UK customer bought 3 items from me on April 3rd. It states in the listing that I only accept paypal from UK bidders. The customer wrote to me and asked if I would take a cash payment. I stated no, I only accepted paypal. She wrote back and stated that she can contact her bank and they convert it into US dollars and send it from there. I looked as her FB and saw that one of my friends have sold to her with no problem, so I figured, what have I got to lose? She already bought them. The total came to 26.55 GBP.
She completed checkout on April 10th). When I didn't receive her payment by April 17th, I wrote to her again. She said she had mailed it on the 11th, but that it takes time to get to me. I finally received a payment on April 24th, which was postmarked April 17th, and instead of sending me the equivalent in USD, which is $52.60, she sent me $27.00. I contacted her again. She made up some excuse that she thought that is was USD, but that she would send out the remaining amount. Supposedly, she did this on April 26th. To date, I still haven't received the payment. I did write to her on 5/7 asking where the payment was and she said it was sent on April 26th. Obviously, it wasn't.
How do I handle this? I just want it done and over with. Should I send her back the $27.00 and file on all 3 items? Should I figure out which ones tally to $27.00, send her those and the file NPB on the other one? I don't know how to handle this one, but I'm tired of it and want it done and over with.
