I've looked and looked but can't find it in Google. Caption on front: Naval Reserves and library. No identifying marks or publisher on back. This is a Private Mailing Card which dates it to circa 1900. I can't find an exterior pic of Mahan Library at the Naval War College in Newport. Perhaps this is a state Naval Training Center? Thanks in advance for any help!
