I'm moving some items from my store to auction today to take advantage of the 20 listing. I just noticed that when I schedule it for 7 PM it changes to 8PM. Now I guess I need to change them all because I don't want to launch that late on a 20 cents listing day.

Well that may be the answer but when I put anything in my store I never care about the launch time - middle of the day - middle of the night - no matter on store items. Plus I'm sure some of them went to the store after the time change.
