I had a sale that paid by money order, I wanted to print postage from PayPal, & was told that P/P couldn't get the address from eBay & to go to my profile & edit it. OK, what am I supposed to edit?? I am sorry to be so dumb, but I am at a loss here.

I assume that the error means that PP can not retrieve the BUYER's addressfrom eBay. I have never seen that error before. I am also assuming that the buyer paid with Credit Card through PP. If all the above is true, then try this.
Clear your cookies just incase something in your cache is hokie and then try again. If it still does not work you can:
A. Contact your buyer and ask them to update THEIR eBay profile with the correct address and verify that PP has the correct address on file for them.
B. Edit the Ship To address in PP, but then you will not have Seller Protection if something goes wrong.
. When your ship comes in.... make sure you are willing to unload it. .

How about shipping to the address given to you with the payment, not the Ebay listed address?

I've had that problem before, and I corrected it....by accident I suppose.
Now I have it again...
It's a problem with Paypal's ability to link to eBay's addresses in the event of a non-Paypal payment. I just fill it in. It's a pita, but I can't get it fixed again!

Why are you using the address on ebay? Time has shown that addresses on ebay are too unreliable to trust. Always use the address provided with the payment.
