tried to message you via "contact member" on your "about me" page, but eBay errored out and would only say: "Http/1.1 Service Unavailable"
anyway...somebody from eBay called me this afternoon regarding the gallery picture problem that's going on. long story short - that was due to a software problem and since i thought a software problem might have generated your billing errors which my hubby said you posted about earlier today, i passed your neglus i.d. along while i had an actual real warm body on the other end of the phone at eBay. couldn't hurt, might help.

Vintage- glad you got your gallery problems straightened out. I didn't post about billing errors though - where did hubby see it?
I haven't even been able to SEE my bill for MONTHS!

he said he saw it on one of the store boards this morning! now i want to wring his neck! it must have been someone else and he's confused. it was someone whose 30-day GTC cycles were magically less than 30 days. oh well, i tried. at least an eBay employee knows now that there's some GTC glitch as well as a gallery glitch.
