Here's the official answer from Spybot:
"Hello Laura,
The current version of the Ebay toolbar is free of spyware. However,
Spybot-S&D is still detecting it because the new toolbar contains a
similar code as the old one. The problem is that we cannot remove the
detection of it as long as the old Ebay toolbar exists. As a first
solution please download the latest Ebay toolbar and make a fresh
install. You can also restore the old one and ignore it the next time if
you have it in the recovery.
