Hi
I thought that I read a thread about a 3 or 5 day auction comparison recently. I can't find it. Can someone help please?

I'd like to know that, too. I recently switched from 7 days to 5 days and wonder how it will affect my sales. I did notice that although I catch alot more hits with 7 day auctions, most of the hits and bidding come in on the final day of selling.

When listing 3 or 5 day auctions, if there are no bids within a day or 2, you can always revise the auction to 7 days.

no extra costs as long as it isn't a 10 day. i've actually found that you can list an item with special features and then remove them after a few days. I think this works for Buy It Now if I'm not mistaken. If my memory serves me well, I had an item that I listed at 99.99 with a $200 BIN. After a few days of no bids, I lowered the starting bid and removed the BIN and I was credited back some fees. This was before BIN went up in price so they may have "fixed" it.
