Happy Weekend everyone. I have been mulling these things over in my brain for a while. I need some input on these two items.
I have TOO much packing peanuts. So many infact that I have listed them on the local online want ad board to sell. I sell 'em really cheap and people come from miles to spend $3.00 on a garbage bag full of peanuts or a box full for $3.50 - $4.00 depending on the box size. This helps me financially as I am now on disability (Yeah, the foot is still not better) and every cent at this point helps me not to ask friends for loans to pay rent etc.
Now, the question on this one, is it worth it to mail one of these boxes to someone. I just got an email from someone to wanted to know if I would mail a box to him? I believe located in omaha nebraska zip 68102 and I am in SF bay area 94402 I don't think it is worth it to ship these peanuts that far for so little money. shipping will cost more than the cost of the peanuts. Do you agree??

The person that wants to buy them pays the postage so weigh the box and then calculate the price at the USPS website. Parcel Post would be the way to go, then quote the price to the buyer and if he wants to pay it ship it.

All I can say is the man has rocks in his head. He can go to a local distributor & buy a huge bag (20 cu ft) for about $25.00 to $30.00. Heck, paloma, I am only 250 miles south of you & can't afford to have you ship to me. If you were closer, I would buy all that you have, but the shipping would kill me. Go ahead & sell to him if he will pay the tab.
