I have a dvd I sold to a guy end about 3 days ago. I have tried sending my email to him 3-4 times since then and it continually bounces.

He has also emailed me 3 times asking for payment info. He has an aol email address that he is sending from but my emails to him bounce.

Since I can't email him he is going to think I don't want to sell it to him and leave me neg feedback. Is there any way to get his attention??

I could send a letter to him, but that is like 5-7 days, by then I am sure he will leave neg feedback for not contacting him after the auction.

Boy, do I hate AOL! It seems that about 95% of my email trouble is with AOL users.

Anyway, try using http://www.certifiedmail.com

Go into his contact info, get his phone # and call him!

tried calling him, phone disconnected, tried using eBay server to send mail, bounced.

Go into safe harbor or what ever!
Let Ebay know none of their contact info works! Ebay will do the rest.

actually the problem was just fixed. I posted this on the misc. forum at ebay. And long and behold he was reading so he signed up for a new email address and I am just waiting for the payment now.

thanks for your help. I signed up with the certified email anyways.
