Hello, This is a first for me, this buyer couldn't figure out Paypal so she wants to cancel her order as she puts it. This is a copy of her email.
Trying to pay for this via PayPal was to much hassel. I will buy my xxxx supplies from qvc. Cancel my order and DO NOT PUT ME ON YOUR E-MAIL LIST. Thanks anyway.
She have no idea apparently how Ebay works, she thinks she buying this from a store on the web and not an auction. What would you do?

id explain to her that her bid is a contract as stated BEFORE she placed her bid and that you would gladly help her figure out paypal.
if she refuses inform her a negative will be left and you will file a npb.
paypal is not hard at all to figure out unless she didnt have an account already and didnt even realize what paypal was. she probably doesnt feel liek setting up and entering all her info.

snObbish is right. Help her get set up with PayPal. If this isn't satisfactory, then suggest a Money Order. By all means remind her that she has a contract according to the bidding rules of Ebay.

I agree, she needs to have the "auction" rules explained, but nicely. In a "chit-chat" mode, not lecture mode.
Send her a request for payment through PayPal or ask her to send you a MO.
You can't really "make" someone pay you. You can explain that by not following through on the auction it will cost you listing fees/ FVF and you will have to try and get the FVF back, but the listing fees are lost unless it sells again the second time around!

Have her send you a check or money order. Or, send her an invoive for $5 for breaking the contract and to cover your costs, maybe that'll wake her up.
