with them? I am curious as what if a fraud charge is filed against you, and ebay decides to suspend your account, will you even get the bi-monnthly check from half? I was NARU'ed once, for a idiot bidder pulled my contact info, and try to call me, and the number does work, I dunno, the bidder either lied or mis-dialed, ebays must have believed him without actually calling the number, I was NARU'ed for a week, took forever to get back!

well I currently have a dispute going at half.com, where the buyer refused the package for no reason, claimed I never mailed it, leaves me a bad feedback saying that and that I ripped them off for this was to be their kids birthday gift (i wonder if they refused it for they of course picked media mail, so it didnt get to them on time?), this was a very rare and collectable widget, irreplacable, I left a message to half.com last week, got a canned email saying dispute was on hold pending that I get the refused item on time.

well now i get a email from a ebay Cs asking if i mailed the item to the buyer yet. well i am waiting for the item to comeback to me, but its been 5 weeks, so this looks grim. I told the ebay CS (on his deaf ears probably) my situation. I am curious though, what if the buyer files fraud thru ebays? wouldnt they suspend my account? if that happens wouldnt they hold onto my paychecks? I was going to put myself on vacation, to wait until these troublemakers cool off, but I was 5 orders waiting for confirmation. I hate to mail them out, only for ebay to freeze/NARU my account and hold on to my paycheck. can they do that?

They should pay what's not disputed. If you worry about everything that might happen, you'll never sell anything.

Consider setting up completely separate accounts if you are concerned. Seems that some sellers are doing precisely that.
