I filed 13 (!) NPB's last night and the email's never arrived in my InBox, which makes me assume that they did not arrive at the Inbox of the non payers. You can't file another NPB without getting a "Whoops!" message.
Did anyone else file last evening and not get the emails? Could eBay just be behind?

..........i filed 6 yesterday and never recv'd a copy in my mail but i know they went thru because 3 of the 6 emailed me with lame excuses as to why they have not paid yet

eBay could be having problems getting their mail out. I've only just received in the last minute or two some end of auction emails for auctions that closed 18 hours ago.

I just filed 3 npb 2 hours ago and have not received their email yet either..i had a man ask me a question about a lamp i had on 3 hours before the auction ended and he never received my reply till 12 hours later. So it looks like ebays mail is running rather slow.
my end of auction notices from ebay have been running slow also.

Your email response should have nothing to do with ebay's mail system.

CASPOTASTO..his question came through ebays "ask a seller a question" email..i did not have his email address..I punched reply and sent my answer back through ebays system.
If i would have had his email address i certainly would have used it.
