Over the past couple days people have been talking a lot about Meg lately. I'm just curious about what she looks like....Honestly, I don't have a wierd Meg fetish or anything,
but I heard someone say that she looked kind of manly and I immediatly got a picture in my mind of Robin Williams as Mrs. Doubtfire or Will
Ferrill as Janet Reno. Perhaps whover said this was just kidding, I would like to judge for myself. Perhaps she more closely resembles
that girl in the Red Ferrari from the original
Vacation movie (at least I can hope).
I guess with all this Auctions 4 America stuff, I would like to have a face to put with the name.

That wasn't a closeup photo. What's the old bar saying? The unattractive ones are "2's" at 10 and then "10's" at 2. So drink up.

Yikes...the closeup puts things in a different light. I suppose ebay could create a new policy during the A4A compaign. "All sellers not involved in the program will have my photo attached to all listings"....that would certainly drive away all my bidders.

Here's a link for several videotaped interviews of Meg. Some are quite long, if you're interested in seeing everything she has to say about eBay.
One thing I noted was, she makes it CLEAR that her two areas of concern are:
1) the financial growth of the company (which she expects to grow at least 5-fold in the next few years---good luck, Meg!) and
2) the CUSTOMER'S satisfaction with eBay.
Her only comments about the SELLER are that he's so doggone LUCKY he has eBay as a venue to sell his goods. She really just doesn't get it AT ALL, folks---the concept that an eBay seller could actually be LOSING MONEY because of eBay's countless problems instead of making a killing on every listing. With her attitude, the selling situation on eBay will NEVER change as long as she's in charge.
