Auction ends. Winner responds. 10 days and no payment.
Day 11: Winner emails me, apologizes, gives me a new shipping address, and says she'll send $20 (to cover a $14 item!) for any inconvenience she's caused. I email to tell her there's no need to overpay.
Day 13: check arrives for $20 !!
I like this lady. It's obvious from the change in address that she changed jobs, but there was no whining, no jive, no nothing.
Of course I'll send her the overpayment back. Life happened and she accepted her responsibility like an adult. Sometimes I love this job!
