I had a newbie win one of my auctions last night. Today she emails me, stating shes never bought anything from eBay before. She says she got the notice from them that stated she owes 56.00. She is confused because I sent her eoa email that states she owes 60.00.Which included shipping cost. She doesn't know who to beleive. How do I convince this person, she pays 60.00 This gal seems so naive. Give me some suggestions please. She included her phone # I suppose she wants me to call her.

Just email her and tell her ebay didnt include the shipping because they have no idea of what it costs to get it from point A to point B. That outta do it
