Hi.... could someone please tell me how to leave a follow-up comment for my buyer? This person failed to upgrade her email address therefore leaving a praise comment telling her to contact me was the only way to go after 10 returned emails. Now that she received the item and responded to my feedback that everything has cleared up and asked me to leave her a positive feedback again, in another word and follow-up comment. I have no idea how to do that. I know how to respond when someone leave me a feedback but have no idea how to post a follow-up for a feedback I've left. If anyone could help me, I will be greatly appreciated!

I believe your buyer has to post a follow up to your initial feedback. You can them post a follow up to her follow up. Kinda like kindergarten. Gotta take turns.

Go to your "My Ebay" page and click on the "Feedback" tab. Find the link that says "See all feedback I have left about others". This will get you to the page that will allow you to post a response to your buyer's response to your feedback.

Well, I misunderstood. Thought when you said she'd responded to your feedback, you meant she'd left feedback for you. WHY I thought that, we'll never know. I think I need more coffee. Umm, uhh, never mind.
