I know this has been asked before, sorry I wasn't paying attention. The auction ended over 30 days ago and I haven't received the item. It was still on My Ebay last week when I contacted the seller and she told me it had been mailed out. I wish I had kept a copy of email, now I don't know how to get a hold of her or how to leave appropriate feedback if this isn't resolved. Can you help? Thanks! P.S. Sent a money order and I can't find the receipt.

Go to eBay, do a Bidder Search for your name, checking off "completed items" and "high bidder only". At the moment, that brings up results back to August 10 or so closing.

You can also check the Feedback Forum under View All Pending Comments. The item should appear there up until it disappears from the database. You have up to 60 days after auction close to file a fraud claim. If the seller can't provide proof of shipment within a short time, I'd initiate a fraud claim with the intent of withdrawing it when the seller comes through with either a refund or the merchandise. Initiating a fraud claim is also the first step in filing an insurance claim, if your purchase qualifies.
