A situation has arisen where I would like to end 3 auctions that have 3 days to go and no bids. Other than eating my listing fees, are there any other negatives?

If there is no bids on it I dont see the harm, just relist them at a more convenient time.I did that once and got imediate bids.

If you are thinking of canceling just because you do not have any bids on your items, you may want to wait because often bidders wait till the last minute to bid. When I buy I almost always wait until the end of auctions to place a bid.
This past week I had about 10 auctions going and most did not get any bids at all until the last day! Today three of the auctions ended, 2 of them had no bids as of last night and today when they ended, I must say I was very happy with the outcome. One of the auctions had 15 bids and most were very last minute.
There have been a few times when I paniced and ended my auctions early because I thought the bidding would not get any higher then my starting bid price. Everytime I did this I was emailed by people wanting to know why the auctions ended early.
So just because there are no early bids it doesn't mean it will end badly.

I had to cancel several auctions one time, simply because my bulk lister had posted them twice. With only one item to auction, I quickly ended the duplicated auctions.
If you are ending them for having no bids, a lot of bids really do come in at the last minute. Tonight, about ten of my items were either bid on for the first time or the bid went up in the last ten minutes of the auction.
But there was no problem when I cancelled my duplicated auctions - there isn't a record of it anywhere and you don't get scolded by anyone. You just have to eat the fees.

As far as I am concerned there is absolutely nothing wrong with canceling an auction that does not have bids. I have done it several times in the past.
Even if the auction did have bids and you had a legit reason to cancel/close the auction. There's a good chance that nobody would fault you for it.
