you think too highly of those credit card issuers,any idiot organisation can issue mc/visa cards and have someone process the transactions.
indvidually,these moron card issuers can squash nothing,may be the pimple between their ears.

Sure stopwhining... VISA and MASTERCARD are only pimples...multi-billion dollar a year pimples. They are the ones who set and enforce the rules, not the the issuers. And one single card issuers is probably much bigger than a PayPal. The pimple is PayPal.

A single issuer can put you in prison for credit card fraud and abuse.
What can PayPal do????? Oh well...they can hide your identity and protect your fraudulent activities for awhile to collect more fees. Maybe that is something....
You want to know something people. You are letting PayPal dictate the rules to you and making you play their games. Wise up. VISA and MASTERCARD should be dictating to PayPal what they have got to do, or else be frozen out of the market.
