I have a friend who went thru all of these things to get re-instated. When it did finally happen he was was restricted to 10 listings for a period of time till they though he was OK. No buy it now, no make a best offer, no dutch auction, no multiple bids.
He did all that was mentioned in these posts, but the process is a total mess and he just quit he was paying fees and he was not being seen in search.
they are really a big group of spoiled rotten brats in this ebay department.

What kind of hoops did ya have to jump through? Any fire rings either? Hope it works out for ya.

They could ask for your credit card statement,bank statement,utility bill,photo id such as driver license,passport and even a picture of yourself holding the items you are selling(or was selling before your suspension if the reason for suspension is that you may not have the merchandise).
They do check the address on the statement.

Well, it's been a week since I faxed everything they asked for and no change so I guess I need to find other auctions sites that can be used for electronics. Thanks again for everyone's help.
