I thought I had set Auction Watch to interract with my paypal account so that payments would automatically be logged when received, but this doesn't seem to be happening. Any suggestions? Am I missing something?

Hello Jen,
Note that for the system to work properly, PayPal payments must be submitted through your mailstep (or vendio for Customer Manager) email address. Have you changed your email address on eBay to your mailstep address? If not, and if you have inserted the PayPal logos into your listings, this will result in payments that are not logged if your buyer clicks the PayPal logo in your listing.
