PayPal is facing another legal challenge, this time over online gambling.

Earlier this week, the online payments company received a subpoena from the attorney general of New York asking the company for documents related to its processing of online gambling transactions...

Mr.Paypal: If you had just listened to us here about the gambling discussion going on here maybe your company could have avoided this subpoena from the NY Attorney General the guy that got Citibank the largest bank in the US to blink over online gambling and he is also the same guy that fined Merrill Lynch $100 million dollars. But anyone who dares to criticize the great Paypal and Paypal's Damon are called hostile and to be ignored.

What's even more interesting is them lying on their SEC filing by not mentioning my suit(which they spent nearly 400k on) and the suit by e-gold. In fact e-golds lawyers were interested in that also.
I was also wondering if they'll find that the weapons in the next school massacre were purchased with paypal funds.

Club1man: I was just reading that article on Paypal's Damon I wondered how much ignoring the questions about the gambling could end up totalling next to all the debit card money made.

Flaoisland,

Re "...But anyone who dares to criticize the great Paypal and Paypal's Damon are called hostile and to be ignored."

lol! How true... Oh yeah, I think there are a couple of additional criteria that can get you into that group (of users being ignored) ...One being anyone using too much logic in their question and another is anyone proving that PayPal violates it's own terms of service.
