I challenge you to discuss paypal with me on TV. I don't think you have the intestinal fortitude (guts) to do it. If you accept I'll show what your company is really about. If you refuse you'll only be admitting your company steals from it's customers and is violating the law.

Waiting for your reply,
Stoney McGerald
I think you know how to contact me
P.S. peter thiel didn't have the guts to show up at the arbitration (suddenly called out of town) He also run from the process servers when they tried to serve him in a deformation suit.

My challenge stands. Now show your true colors. DO EITHER OF YOU HAVE THE GUTS.

Here's a challenge to you club1man. Leave your web page unaltered and let people look at how you "do business" on the internet.

http://hometown.aol.com/club1man/

I'm sorry you had to deal with lawyers and ran up a large debit. I also have a bit of contempt for someone that employs your business methods and tactics. You seem to feel you can bully PayPal into some sort of settlement, you've held that belief for a year and a half now. You've gone to the media, you've solicited countless people to support your fight, you turned to the lawyers, and you've haunted this messageboard as the poor victim.

Let others look at your web page, I'd like to see a show of hands of people that are just jumping with excitement at the idea of sending you $199.00 (regularly $499.00) to learn how to make $5,000 - $10,000 a month on their computer for a few hours of work a week.

You spend a great deal of time looking for help in your financial battles on this message board, but on your web site it seems you just sit on your yacht and the money keeps pouring in.

Call me a hard sell customer. I'm sure you can convince others to send you $199.00 for instructions on turning on the money faucet.

No PayPal isn't for you, it never was, and it never will be. I'd imagine 99.9% of the people accepting payments by PayPal aren't spending weeks on their yacht like you. They are just some working folks that don't know about the get rich quick programs.

You make my answer easy.
First the program on the website is a good program if you spend the time and promote it.
Second I had to sell the boat thanks to paypal. I deal in legitimate goods and services.
Second i don't care what you think. The facts are that paypal is a company out of control and I will do my best to put a stop to it. When you run into problems with them I'll still try to help you but i'll also say "I TOLD YOU SO"
P.S. It was paypals lawyers that run up 338k in legal fees and they don't mind paying it they just up their fees to people like you. The ex's didn't spend their money suing me they spent yours.

I just received this email. It's interesting that the arbitrator seems to be directly tyed to paypal. One of the clients listed on his page is Hewlett-Packard.
I don't know if anyone has this information but, I did a Better
Business Bureau search on "Paypal" without using a city or state and
this is what I turned up:

1 to 3 of about 3 Matches. PAYPAL, INC.
303 Bryant St
MOUNTAIN VIEW, CA

PAYPAL, INC.
11128 John Galt Blvd
OMAHA, NE

HEWLETT - PACKARD
(PAYPAL.COM)
(address not in database)

I clicked on the Hewlett Packard link and sure enough, it says that,
as supplied by the company, Hewlett Packard is doing business as
X.com and Paypal.com. I wonder how an arbitrator can be unbiased
against a company that he represents. Maybe that's why Paypal forces
unsatisfied customers into arbitration.

The Hewlett Packard Link (HP) has to be a mistake, they have been in business for years and make some of the best Laser Printers on the Market

MrFoxy There are many schemes on the net.
This however is not one of them. People who have purchased this program have done well with it as long as they worked at it. I purchased it about 3 yrs ago. It is not a business where you buy it and that's all you get I'm still getting free updates from them. If your looking for schemes I can give you a lenghty list as I've researched them and even unknowingly bought into some as I'm sure we all have. I don't and will not promote "get rich quick" schemes and hope you don't either. Making money takes work. I back mine up with a guarantee.

It does seem funny how you can critize me for being honest and promote Paypal for stealing from people. Have you ever heard a person on this or any other board say that I have stolen their money. ANSWER NO.But this board and the hundreds of others wouldn't be here if paypal wasn't stealing from it's customers.
Paypal has already paid it's lawyers and they did it with customers money, again stealing from them. Would you spend 338k to get 13k from someone? Sure you would if it wasn't your money you were spending.
If you want to know why paypals rates are so high just check and see how many legal firms they have on retainer, again with YOU'RE money.

I am not critizing you I had problems with Paypal also however not on the scale as losing over $300k like yourself.

I think logically and if someone can make 10s of thousands of dollars why tell others keep it to yourself and rake in the money! Its like that stupid no deposit home purchase thing on television.

Mrfoxy The only logical answer to that is that to make money you have to advertise. It's called selling. I suggest you read further on the program---http://hometown.aol.com/club1man/MYCASHFLOW/index.html
You sell on the net as I do. It's just we sell different things. I hope your's are as legit as mine. If I sound abrupt I don't mean to, but when your castigated by someone that averages more than 3 posts on this board a day it tends to jerk my chain. He and another can call me a crook with out any proof but come to the aid of paypal which supports pornagraphy, phedofiles and the likes. I suppose to them, phedofiles are better than nite club owners and used car salesmen.

Mrfoxy I did not say that you called me a crook even though you made the reference to "SCHEME". As for the horses I might just keep that to my self.

By the way MR Uaru I left my website up and was man enough to answer any criticism. Where are max and peter.

I tip my hat to you on that. I agree it takes a set of balls bigger than I have to leave a web site up there like that.

I'm sure max and peter are about to cave in to your demands, hang in there.

Thank you MR UARU even for the left handed compliment. There is still hope for you. That web site has been there for three years and I'll stand behind everything in it. Except that paypal ruined my business. But I will survive to see their downfall. Hope you don't have alot of their over inflated stock.
I had a friend that had some other stock and he was rich one day and poor the next. Personally I think their stock is being artificially pumped up or at least that's what some of the talk is.

That would be easy, since it didn't cost them anything... they aren't the ones paying for it, club1man is.
