I was in my recliner pondering the great sham Paypal has pulled to date on the masses! A thought came to mind. All of these chargebacks that people are charged with may be an actual farce. Paypal claims that a bank has filed a chargeback but provides no verification other then that the chargeback is fact! Lets wonder for a moment that 2% of these chargebacks are paypal created false, fake chargebacks. The bank has no record of this chargeback but Paypal states this is the case. Hmm an unregulated company with no respect for its clients could create these false chargebacks to help cover operating expenses. Who is going to complain? Not your normal paypal client out of fear of losing his account. I really wonder if this could be going on? Feedback?

That would be my guess considering a lot of people here and on other boards suspect their problems to be inside jobs at PayPal. How can you trust your finances to an unregulated company that makes up BS rules as they go along. I'm glad they only got me for $100 and not thousands like some of the other posters here.
Your information is incorrect. A chargeback is issued by the credit card company to us. We have no say in the issuance of a chargeback, but we will process them when received. We just don't pull transactions out of thin air to chargeback.

Damon is put here to say anything to make PayPal look good. He serves no other purpose. Who can verify that he is telling the truth anyway. I have heard that he has lied to other members on similar forums just to take the blame off of his company. Damon has no more power than I do to fix a PayPal problem. He is just an errand boy. Good Luck!!!
