Hello all,
I sold an item several months back. I sent it and have proof of delivery and even have where someone signed for it. Now, on December 13th, the buyers credit card files a chargeback and Paypal freezes over $500.00 in my account. I have been a business member for almost 1.5 years. This does not make me want to stay with Paypal. I got no warning or even asked if the chargeback was valid. The buyer is now getting 2 times the amount and I get screwed out of over $500.00. What can I do !!!!!

you have proof of delivery and signature,if you have sent to verified address ,paypal should fight for you.
is this buyer still on ebay?? can you call or email for the whole story??
sometimes a member of family bot it and never bother to tell the cardholder??

Hi oldcards,
You should have received an email asking for information relative to the Seller Protection Program. This liability will be removed if you are in compliance with the Seller Protection Program (for claims of non-delivery/credit card fraud).

I did and I filled it out. How long is this going to take? I need the funds.
I am now talking to the buyer and we are contacting her credit card company tomorrow.

Paypaldamon, are you able to read the e-mail now? I would like to talk to you about this. I just got off the phone with the buyer.
