This maybe a dumb question, however, I have been unable to find the answer. I would like to have my address confirmed by the “alternative address confirmation” however, I can’t find out how to go about this.
It states that you must contact Paypal and fax info, but every prompt I see to try to send and email just directs me to another question and answer screen and also I see no phone number as where to fax the information.
