Hi all,
Some users are erroneously getting a message that they are not listing auctions (for PayPal Preferred Compliance). The bug has been identified and is being fixed. I truly apologize for any confusion that this has caused.

What about the customer service bug? I don't think PayPal will ever get that one fixed. PayPal should be closed down, period. Too many bugs.

Seems to me that they need to get some more employees. Also from all the stories that I'm reading they need to scan their employees better. Personally I can say that I've only had one problem with PayPal and it was my own fault. Other than that if I've EVER had any questions I was always able to call them up and ALWAYS got a very polite answer and response.

i have received phone calls from paypal employees usually to introduce some new service,you wonder where did they recruit these people and what training did they receive.
