I have successfully petitioned Ebay to give me $175 towards a fraud auction they hosted. $175 does not cover the complete cost so I need to use Paypal's insurance for the rest. The Paypal site says to file a claim with customer service within 30 days after Ebay has agreed to pay but it does not give you an email address, a phone number or any way to do this. So I need the info. Tammy

Hi,

Can you please send me the information to [email protected]? Did you file a Buyer Complaint first?

Yes, I filed the complaint and got the "Your right you were defrauded but he has no money" letter. I am emailing you the info. Tammy

Of course he won't give you the number. That would cost PayPal money that they obviously don't have. PayPal customer service is a joke. Just look at Damon's post's, he's like a freakin broken record.
