pcarlson	posted on December 20, 2000 07:51:01 AM new I called the PO. First Class is going up also, he wasnt sure about the other rates. They dont have a new rate sheet yet. These go into affect on Jan 7. You might want to ck the Postal Services website.

bkmunroe	posted on December 20, 2000 02:17:04 PM new Actually 1st class is only going up for the first ounce. Currently it's 33c for the first ounce and 22c for each additional ounce. The new rate is 34c for the first ounce and 21c for each additional ounce. So, you'll save a penny for each ounce over 2 ounces.
