If I were planning a terrorist attack on the US it would give me pause to consider the new Commander in Chief has more of a reputation for tantrum than statesmanship. An unknown quality in someone who could order your whole country made over into a hot parking lot has to give the craziest fanatic reason to think things over.

Nor do they announce their intention to "make a statement" in whatever manner they choose, usually a bomb. They simply do it and most of them do it from a distance. They leave the bomb somewhere they anticipate will do the required damage and then leave.

Even if he knew which country it was, some one would have to show him where it was. He doesn't seem to know much about geography among other things.
