This is off topic but I dont know where to post this-
Yesterday morning I looked out the front window and saw our sherriff car parked outside on the street with the red light turned on.
I went outside and to my left ,my neighbor house with its garage door open was surrounded by men and cars marked FBI,Sherriff and State Police.
There must be 7 cars parked and 7 men and woman ,some are inside the garage standing by my neighbor car with the passenger door open,it looks like someone was inside working on something!
Any one walking by was asked to hold off while they did their thing, whatever they were doing?
Later my neighbor was led out of his house handcuffed into one of those cars .
I tried to find out if it is reported in local news, but cant find any today.
Is this a raid and why cant I find it in local news?

If it's not in the local news, and your Police Dept. can't or won't tell you, it's probably a hush-hush thing that - eventually will be brought to light. Or not.

Your neighbor is probably a PayPal user. We all know how PayPal protects our identity. When the news of the arrest is finally published in the local papers, they will most likely have to use your neighbors PayPal name to identify him, so as to protect his identity.

Off topic but I am concerned about our current "police state" My son reported to a family friend who happens to be a local cop about someone trying to sell him drugs and food stamps. 6 months later my son is called to the police station and was questioned by two state police officers wearing ski masks trying to intimidate him into wearing a wire. What's next public beheadings? Things are indeed getting crazy.

ski masks? seriously? I would assume that is against the law. Every citizen has a right to know who a police officer is.
I know in Portland, they are required to give a business card with their full name and badge number if asked. Knowing this, I did so when I had an incident with a neighbors dog. The police didn't want to do anything about it, even though I was seriously injured. As they walked away toward their police car, I yelled out that I wanted their name and badge numbers. They didn't like that too much, but they returned and gave it to me.
