on the item page,scroll down to return policy and click on change policy

If you are talking about live listings, you can bulk edit them as well (in ebay).

In the Vendio announcements it states that Vendio will be changing them for us. What it doesn't say is when. Will they automatically be changed during the month when they renew for store item?
