I have all my auctions marked as ship to the USA. A buyer purchased from me who was from the UK. It was paid for via PayPal. I called Ebay for help with this and they stated that you have to exclude buyers from individual countries when you set up your auctions.

I maintain that I have sell to USA checked in my preferences list and do not have international shipping marked that this buyer was slipped in through the system by mistake. I have looked into my preferences that are offered by Vendio and can't find where I exclude other countries from buying or shipping preferences. Does anyone know where you set this up in Vendio?

The agent at E-bay said that I can bill them for excess shipping costs, if they agree to pay, I will ship the item. I sent them a money request via PayPal.

When you set up auctions at E-Bay, you do have the option of excluding various countries from auctions. Vendio might want to add these options in the near future.
