it makes her hip look wider.
now when the Chinese rationed farbic to 1/2 yard per person per year in the 60s,this woman would be wasting too much fabric,she does not need to have 2 pieces,just one piece would be fine.
Is this what they wear in the kibutz?

Wider hips where more the style then.
Remember all the dresses from that time with miles of fabric. Wish I had a few 50's prom dresses to sell right now.

I showed this photo versus models today to some of the guys I work with. Everyone said this model was more attractive because she had some meat on her bones. The guys I know prefer women to sticks.
