Alright, I don't know what's going on here, but it's time to get to the bottom of this. For the past 2-3 weeks, I have had a consistent number of auctions that have had "errors" launching on Ebay after I scheduled them to launch. Each one claims that I have failed to enter the condition on the auction form, but I have double-checked and triple-checked these, and to the best of my knowledge I have filled in all of the necessary blanks and condition lines in the auction. I try repeatedly to change the "condition" on the form thinking maybe there is some kind of glitch with that, but to no avail. Anybody else going thru this? Anybody from Vendio that can help me? Thanks.
On the listing form for a while now you may notice two separate places to enter the Item Condition. One of them is marked as 'new' - as this is eBay's new list of possible item condition values.
For items you create anew, be sure to enter the condition using this field only. For older items that you go to relist, edit them and use this new condition value field prior to resubmitting (or if they come back in error.)
