I have 53 live ads with eBay. My listings are launched or relisted every Saturday and Sunday of each week. When I logged into my Vendio account they have me with 66 live listings. Since I run my ads for just one week at a time that can be a discrepancy of over 50 listings per month. I only get so many to work with per month and Vendio starts charging me per listing for going over.

Hi there,
When this happens it's usually because we haven't received the closed notification from eBay for one reason or another (especially prevalent with multi-item GTC listings.) When this happens, go to Channels > Marketplace Listings, and use the "Refresh Live Status" button. Please be sure to wait up to an hour for the status to update.
Let us know if you continue to have trouble, but please post in the Vendio Services forums instead of the eBay Outlook (or send a help request by clicking the Help link from our main website.)
