I sold an item to buyer ,he then left positive feedback ,now he says there is an issue with the item and he would like me to make an adjustment .I do not plan on doing that, but can he change a positive to neg?

I think you have to send him a request,I did that when a buyer neg me with praises of how much he loves the item.
So I sent him a request to change the feedback.
In your case, you dont want to send him a request and without that request,he cant do anything.

He said there was an issue and he wants an adjustment. I guess he could mean changing the FB but sounds like he wants some money back to me?
Is that what you meant agmay? Did he ask you to give him a refund?

i decided to give a 10.00 refund on an item that i sold him for 39.00,its just best to move on ,i like my 1800+ feedback at 100% with no problems
the problem is i have very few problems or returns ,i can go for a year with no problems from buyers, now in 8 weeks i have had 6 buyers complaining that something was not right ,one of these was a scammer, the others just don't agree the description ,not much i can but make it right, and try to keep them happy.
I know that after 10 yrs,i have not changed the way a describe items ,
I just hope this was only the holidays, and
everything will go back to normal in 2012
