Well I'm back and after all that good input you folks gave me I thought this would be a sinch. What a nightmare!
I can’t believe how hard it is to list on ebay now. I signed up with Auctiva and after looking it over, I decided to use turbo lister. So I created four listings just like I always did using my own HTML in the description section which included all the pictures which are being hosted on my email server. When I clicked preview, it looked great. So I listed them. First, Auctiva had highjacked my account so their logos and empty picture things were plastered all over my listing but no sigh of my HTML description and pictures. I figured the reason my template did not show up was because of Auctiva so I canceled the auctions, canceled Auctiva and proceeded to relist my auctions using turbolister. The Auctiva stuff is gone but All I get is a blank page with the title, price and shipping info. WTF! It shows up fine in turbolister’s preview. Does anyone know how to fix this or a number I can call? I have spent the past three days getting four listings done and finally thought I was back in the saddle. This just can't be this hard.

So I went to My Ebay and clicked each item. No description. So I clicked on revise my item. Lo and behold, there was the description under the standard tab. So I clicked the HTML tab and there was my HTML so I went back to the standard tab and the pictures and description were still there and when I saved the changes, it came up in my listing. Had to do this to all of the listings. Any one know why this won’t work directly from Turbo Lister? I might as well list them one at a time in Ebay if they are not going to show up like they preview.
Any help and constructive criticism is welcome. I’m going to bed.

I use TurboLister and my own html with no problems at all. No need to pay for a listing service, especially if you are hosting your own photos.
If you click on Description Builder (a button under where you type your description), you can see the results of what you typed under the tab Design View. I don't know why your's are not working. Have you made sure all your preferences and such have been loaded? Go to Tools, and click on Check for Program Updates. Also click on Options to make sure your preferences are there for all the auction/store types.
You may have to go through eBay Live Help. I've only had one problem with TL and it was relatively minor.
Edited to add: More likely than not, Auctiva added a cookie or some kind of nonsense to your auction which caused it to look the way it did. Your best bet would have been to re-type it all in Turbo Lister. I think the problem is Auctiva, not TL.

Thanks Cheryl,
Very helpful information. I am seeing life more clearly through a good nights sleep.
I am not going to pay for auctions services for a dozen or less auctions every once in a while. I am hoping to get my paintings listed, most likely in a store and if I do that, I'm pretty sure I will use Vendio
(pretty funny, the spell check here thinks Vendio is a misspelled word :=)
I hadn't thought about the cookie from auctiva, I assumed that if I ended the auction and started over with the auctive account disabled, that it would look like it does in the TurboLister preview.
I need to take more time and read all the help stuff for TurboLister. I thought all the preferences where set right but I will recheck them.
I was so frustrated last night that I think I was just not seeing anything right but I couldn't find the live help. It used to be right on the home page. I went to the support page and I could find no reference to live help.
I am assuming I have to pay for both sets of auctions. Do they refund if you end an auction?
I'm taking a break from this craziness and going hawk watching today, birding is one of my other passions.
Thanks, all you guys are a great help, if nothing else, a calming influence.

On ebay, somewhere in 'my eBay' there is a tab on the left hand side that says Preferences. Make sure you revoke Auctiva's third party authorizations.
I used turbo lister when I had a second store and found the more bells and whistles I added with my own html, the less responsive it became. For such a few auctions you might try poster toaster or inkfrog.
Also, there is a discussion board just for turbolister that is very helpful.
I looked at your auction and it came through quickly and all the pics and info are there. Cool coin.
